REED’S, Inc. is fully committed to PCI compliance and providing all of our customers with a secure checkout solution. We DO NOT store any credit card or financial data on our servers. The credit card information used for payment is posted direction to our merchant gateway, Authorize.net using the WooCommerce Authorize.net Direct Payment Method that is compatible with our shopping cart solution.

The Authorize.Net DPM Payment Gateway handles all the steps in the secure transaction while remaining virtually transparent, thus simplifying PCI compliance.

  1. Customer data is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption.
  2. Digital fingerprints enhance security, providing multiple layers of authentication.

A payment form is utilized in the checkout process pay page which is posted directly to the secure Authorize.net servers. You can read more details on the way the secure checkout works on the Authorize.net DPM page as well.

II. Privacy Policy

REED’S, Inc. respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to REED’S, Inc. (the “Web Site”). As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from users of the site. In the event that we do collect any personally identifiable data about visitors to this site, that information is only collected on a voluntary basis, and it is only known to REED’S, Inc.

Certain non-personal information of visitors (for example, the type of browser being used by the visitor, the type of operating system in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service provider) is recorded by the standard operation of REED’S, Inc. Internet servers. This information is primarily used for internal purposes, and only in an aggregate and non-personally-identifying form. However, REED’S, Inc. sometimes does provide this information, in aggregate and non-personally identifying form, to other parties for marketing, advertising or other use.

Personally identifiable information may be collected by REED’S, Inc. when Web Site visitors voluntarily provide this information (including when visitors fill out contest entry forms, subscribe to newsletters/artist information bulletins or participate in other types of promotions). III. Cancellation Policy

We try to ship every order as soon as possible, so we may or may not be able to cancel an order that you have placed before it ships to you. If you do want to change or cancel your order once it’s been placed, please contact customer service at 800-99-REEDS.

IV. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products are shipped within two business days through FedEx. Delivery times vary from 7-14 days depending on ship-to address.

V. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No returns. No refunds without a FedEx receipt signed “received damaged” by customer. To avoid the cost of shipping you can check out our Store Locator to find out where to buy these products in your area.
